The sea cave at El Matador beach is a challenge and an experience to photograph. To photograph the sea cave at El Matador requires the perfect conditions: the tide must be low, there can’t be a marine layer and it needs to be a decent sunset to get a good photo of the sea cave at El Matador. I was so excited to arrive at El Matador seeing the conditions were ideal. The clouds were fantastic, and the tide was low. As the tide was going out, we made my way into the famous sea cave of El Matador, set up our tripods and photographed as the show begin. It's not an easy task shooting with your back against the wall as the waves pounded, splashing and the tripod shifting in the sand. But it was an incredible experience! And the colors that that night were perfect.
